About Attia Law Group
Attia Law Group is the practice of attorney Jeremy Attia. We represent policyholders and injured people in South Florida, never insurance companies.
Most of our work is property insurance: homes, condominiums, and businesses damaged by hurricanes, water, roof failures, fire, and mold, and the claims insurers deny, delay, or underpay. We also handle condo and HOA claims, commercial and business claims, other insurance denials, and personal injury.
Clients work directly with attorney Jeremy Attia, who reviews the policy, gathers the evidence, and explains the options plainly, in English, Spanish, or French.

Before becoming a lawyer, Jeremy worked on insurance claims from the policyholder's side as a public adjuster. He has spent years across the table from insurance companies on denied, delayed, and underpaid claims.
He earned his law degree from Nova Southeastern University and practiced at a Florida law firm before starting his own practice. He is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified County Mediator and a FINRA arbitrator.
